Femak electro-mech ltd. was awarded the supply, installations, testing and commissioning of the entire MEP Project of the estate infrastructural service owned by chevron corporations. The infrastructure is one of the largest private owned estate in Nigeria, built on a total 230,000 square meters of land with expected up to 280 buildings on the land.

The entire plumbing work and HVAC system of chief Okeowo luxury home situated at Parkview estate, Ikoyi was awarded to Femak electro-mech engineering limited.
Chevron Ridge Park Estate
Femak electro-mech ltd. was awarded the supply, installations, testing and commissioning of the entire MEP Project of the estate infrastructural service owned by chevron corporations. This state of the infrastructure is built on a total 190,000 square meters of land with expected up to 200 buildings on the land.

Azuri Peninsula
Femak electro-mech ltd. was awarded as Sub Contractor by ITB Nigeria for installation and commissioning of HVAC System; Chilled Water Pipe, GI Ductwork, PI Ductwork, of a triple tower building at Eko Atlantic City, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
Medina House
Femak electro-mech ltd. was awarded to carry out the installation and commissioning of the HVAC, VRF system and Galvanized duct of the entire project.
