Chevron Heritage Estate

Details:  Femak Electro-Mech Limited was awarded the supply, installations, testing and commissioning of the entire MEP Project of the estate infrastructural service owned by chevron corporations. This state of the infrastructure is one of the largest private owned estate in Nigeria, built on a total 230,000 square meters of land with expected up to 280 buildings on the land. Femak Electro-Mech Limited scope of works includes installation and commissioning of all electrical and mechanical systems, including water reticulation, high voltage (5MVA, 1.5 MVA , 500KVA, 1000KVA) transformer package system and low voltage VRV Air condition system , package air condition system, split air condition system, fire alarm system and suppression systems,  fire fighting and sprinklers system, WTP system, STP system.

Femak Electro-Mech Limited was part of the design of the entire project from scratch to commissioning and also was awarded the maintenance of the MEP Services of the entire estate.
